You all know where to find me on a daily basis…this blog is the abandoned child…sorry I’ve dropped you for the new blog.

We’ve been busy…Imaging in Nashville was great! Feel free to peek at the booth…it was such fun decorating it! And don’t you love the floor! It’s not really barnwood, it’s a rug…yes a rug! And we are selling them like crazy over at the Savvy Photographer.

I think you can say I have been a really bad blogger… I’m not a bad blogger when it comes to the new blog {the Savvy Photographer}…I’ve neglected this blog for that one…very sad and not very nice, uh? I will try to update here more…it’s just been very busy around here. Ava started school…and LOVES it! The picture of her on the steps is at her new school. It’s an adorable preschool at a church…and I get 4 hours to myself {that I spend on the computer working}…still working on finding a balance.

She picked out her Halloween costume…at Claire’s {the heavenly place in the mall where she can find beautiful necklaces and headbands and everything girly…cheap…maybe gaudy…but she loved it}. She picked out everything to make a costume…even a pink and black “polka hot” tutu. It’s adorable…maybe because she is wearing it! I treasure each day with her…I sometimes wonder what I did so wonderful to deserve her…{i think raising two boys might be the answer…the challenges of boys! whew!} They do not want their picture made…it’s not “cool”…can’t believe we are already at that stage! How embarrassing having your picture made! Just one for the Christmas card…that’s all I need…we shall see.

When trying to decide what images you need to order, consider where you want to hang your gallery.

Then measure out the space…and plan out what sizes you’ll need to make your fabulous gallery.

{sometimes it helps to take tissue paper cut to the different sizes you are considering and tape the tissue paper to the wall until you have the display you love…and remember…bigger is better!}

We just got home from our last of the summer vacation…it was wonderful! Some of us are sunburned~ others tanned~we are relaxed {but exhausted!} and happy to be home!

Many pictures will be coming…trust me.

Here’s a glimpse of what we’re doing today…being lazy and loving it!

My little three year old was admiring the flowers on the table… she ask if she could just touch them…

so I said sure…just be gentle…this is her being gentle…

I left the room for just a minute…and when I returned…

she “made a party” with the rose petals… {whatever that means}

This is her looking very guilty {the funny thing is that she doesn’t look very sorry…even though she said she was sooo sorry…}

and here are the two boys that think she’s the world…{ok…so we all do}

Her oldest brother brought her home a lunchbox…a “high school musical” lunchbox…

she loves that movie…she loves Troy…and the songs…which we sing all day {unless she’s singing ABBA…she is also a Mamma Mia fan}.

This is Ava checking out the lunchbox…not many smiles but she was a happy girl.

this image makes me want to cry thinking of her going off to school…she’s so ready to start school…I’m not ready!
